SUMMARY:Pravo – kako se prilagoditi u vrijeme umjetne inteligencije?
DESCRIPTION:Umjetna inteligencija i dalje je u centru globalnog interesa. Njen utjecaj je neupitan u svim sferama društva\, no i dalje su podvojena mišljenja o njenom utjecaju na tržište rada –donosi li veću radnu produktivnost ili pak prijeti opasnim poremećajima u strukturi tržišta rada? \nNa drugom po redu meet-upu\, koji organizira ZadarConnect (iza kojeg stoji udruga Zadar Developers Hub)\, u suradnji s CroAI – Hrvatskom udrugom za umjetnu inteligenciju\, nastojat će se pojasniti utjecaj AI-ja na pravnu struku. \nNeminovno je da će pravna struka u vremenu koje dolazi doživjeti korjenite promjene kroz korištenje AI platformi\, uvjetovane od strane samih klijenata\, s ciljem smanjenja troška nastalog obavljanjem istog posla od strane fizičkih osoba. \nOčekuje se da će milenijalci biti nositelji tih promjena – ekipa koja je odrasla s tehnologijom\, a u međuvremenu stekla i dovoljno pravnog iskustva te zadobila povjerenje klijenata. \nUmjetna inteligencija dat će pak jednaku šansu ili čak prednost manjim uredima koji su spremniji na bržu prilagodbu i korištenje AI alata. Za takvo što bit će im potrebna i tijesna suradnja s IT sektorom čiji će stručnjaci biti nužni za daljnji moderan razvoj pravne struke.\nViše o temi dođite poslušati u Gumi\, 26. veljače s početkom u 18:00 sati.\nNa samom početku meet-upa bit će održano kratko predavanje o utjecaju AI na pravnu struku te mogućnostima i pristupu umjetnoj inteligenciji za širu publiku\, nakon čega će uslijediti panel diskusija. \nO ovoj temi problematizirat će stručnjaci koji se ovim pitanjima bave već neko vrijeme\, a oni su: \n\nMatej Gjurković (Semadot)\nFilip Boltužić (Semadot)\nMarko Porobija (Porobija & Špoljarić LLC)\nKrešimir Kamber (Europski sud za ljudska prava)\n\nPo završetku panela uslijedit će kviz znanja iz oba sektora – IT i pravnog.
