Professionalism: Why it Matters

The Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism’s eighth annual Future Is Now: Legal Services conference will explore how lawyers can innovate in their practices while adhering to the ethical guidelines outlined in the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Conference speakers will explore topics like civility, legal technology and AI, access to justice, well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and more. The Future Is Now will expose attendees to new and valuable perspectives on the modern practice of law from prominent national speakers, while equipping them with practical strategies to respond to incivility and promote public confidence in the legal profession.
