The classes are designed to educate attendees with substantive knowledge of the topic, and practical tips. This format is quick intros, then Ted Talk style 10-12 minute presentations by each instructor covering the topic, followed by Q&A.

This is a CLE course with emphasis on learning how to solve modern contract problems with technology.
